Are technicians background-checked?

Yes. Every SageTech technician passes a background check before they can accept jobs on the platform.

Tech Pass is our $19.99/month subscription that eliminates all service fees and gives you priority access to Diamond-tier technicians.

Wi-Fi & networking, smart home setup, computer repair, TV & streaming setup, printer setup, and new homeowner tech audits.

Technicians set their own hourly rates, up to $75/hr. You only pay for time on-site. Free Plan users also pay a $9.99 service fee per booking.

SageTech is available nationwide. Open the app and see background-checked techs in your area.

No fix, no charge. If the technician can't resolve your issue, you don't pay for the job.
