SageTech Technologies, Inc. ("SageTech") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated DMCA agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on sagetechapp.com or the SageTech mobile apps infringes your copyrights, send a written DMCA Notice to our designated agent containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it (URL or description)
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a written counter-notice to our DMCA Agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

SageTech will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
